日本国外にお住まいのファンの方へ
For fans living outside Japan.
・ファンクラブのすべてのサービスは、日本語でのサービスのみです。
All services of the Fan Club are only available in Japanese.
・日本の電話番号を持っていない方へは、電話での対応はできません。
We cannot provide telephone support to those who do not have a Japanese telephone number.
・ファンクラブに登録する住所が、日本国内以外の場合、日本国内の住所であっても誤った住所や実在しない住所の場合は、ファンクラブからの品物は発送できません。
If the address registered with the Fan Club is outside of Japan, or if the address is incorrect or nonexistent even if it is in Japan, the Fan Club will not be able to ship items from the Fan Club.
・ファンクラブ会員限定のチケットは、そのチケットを販売する会社が指定する、クレジットカードやコンビニエンスストアでの決済以外は利用できません。
Tickets for Fan Club members only cannot be used except for payment by credit card or convenience store, as specified by the company selling the tickets.
・ファンクラブ会員限定のチケットは、日本の携帯電話番号を持っていない場合は購入できません。
Tickets for fan club members only cannot be purchased if you do not have a Japanese cell phone number.
・いかなる理由があっても、自身の日本の銀行口座を持っていない方へのサービス費用の返金はできません。
Service fees cannot be refunded to those who do not have their own Japanese bank account for any reason.
